9:00 AM-Combo Tour

This tour encompasses both sites, the Allen House and Corbin Education Center, formally known as the Juvenile Cultural Center, located on the campus of Wichita State University. The tour will begin at 9:00 am at the Frank Lloyd Wright Allen House with a guided standard tour and then you will proceed to the Corbin Education Center for a one-hour guided tour of that structure. You will provide your own transportation to each site, and your docent will meet you there.

Allen House Standard Tour:
For those Wright enthusiasts who want to learn about the details, design and history behind the Allen House, this tour is for you! 90-minute guided tour of the Frank Lloyd Wright Allen House includes all the main rooms, second floor and interior gardens. This is a walking tour, and you must be able to navigate stairs. The garden house is NOT included on this tour. (NO interior photography or backpacks allowed.)
Proceed to Corbin Education Center located on the campus of Wichita State University: (you must provide your own transportation)
You will learn about the details, design and history behind the Corbin Education Center, designed in 1957 and dedicated in 1964. This 60-minute tour of the site will include exterior spaces, courtyard space, Dean’s Suite, public spaces, classrooms, second floor and esplanade. This is a walking tour, and you must be able to navigate stairs.
